Capellini with Canned Baby Clams
A couple of anchovies adds a little something to this dish, making it pretty close to perfect.

Ingredients
500g capellini or spaghettini
2 cans (~142g each) baby clams
4 garlic cloves, smashed and chopped
3-4 anchovies, whole
1L San Marzano tomatoes, crushed
Big bunch of flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped
1 knob of butter, about 1 tbsp
Olive oil, (or leftover Bear oil)
Parmesan cheese
