Katsu Curry
I put a little spin on the chicken with this fast to the table version of the Japanese staple.
Fast to the table and super delicious. You can get them a little cheaper at your local Asian grocery store but have a few Vermont Curry packs on hand and give them a try next time you’re stuck on what to make for dinner.
