It came out fantastic. Packs a punch of flavour. It's definitely going on the roster for our bi-weekly curry nights. I accidentally grabbed a top sirloin roast instead of the blade I was planning but it came out super tender regardless. My kids also gobbled it up despite me adding a bit too much of the curry powder, as the spicy kick was a bit more than they usually tolerate.
On that note, the recipe doesn't state how much of the curry powder to use or how many ML of coconut milk. I used one large 568ml can of Coconut Cream which seemed perfect. But may want to update to confirm! Otherwise, I did everything exactly as written.
Are you able to suggest some spices instead of using your ready-made Malaysian spice blend?
Hey! You could use a madras curry and add a tiny bit of cinnamon and a couple of star anise.
Where do you live?
In Montreal
Ok cool. Dm me your address, I want to send you a pack of my Malaysian Curry!
Just grabbed your lime leaves and curry powder off Amazon. Excited to try this.
Oh thanks, Jon! Let me know how it turns out!

Hey Jon! Thanks for the feedback. I'll review the recipe - that seems odd that was left out. But, I did make a few errors back in the early days :)
Glad the kids liked it!
